Mango Popsicles with Chamoy Swirl (Printer Friendly)

Refreshing mango popsicles with a spicy chamoy twist.

# What You Need:

→ Mango Base

01 - 3 large ripe mangoes, peeled and diced (about 3 cups)
02 - 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
03 - 2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey

→ Chamoy Swirl

04 - 1/3 cup chamoy sauce (store-bought or homemade)

→ Coating

05 - 1 tablespoon Tajin seasoning (plus extra for serving, optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - In a blender, combine diced mango, lime juice, and agave syrup. Blend until completely smooth and no chunks remain.
02 - Taste and adjust sweetness, adding more agave if desired.
03 - Pour a spoonful of chamoy sauce into each popsicle mold, swirling it around to coat the sides lightly.
04 - Pour the mango purée into the molds, filling them about halfway, then drizzle in a little more chamoy. Use a skewer or knife to gently swirl the chamoy through the mango mixture for a marbled effect.
05 - Fill the molds the rest of the way with remaining mango purée.
06 - Sprinkle Tajin seasoning over the tops of the molds before inserting popsicle sticks.
07 - Freeze for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight) until solid.
08 - To serve, briefly run the molds under warm water to release the popsicles. Optionally, dust with extra Tajin seasoning.
