# How to Make It:
01 - Toast bread slices in toaster or grill pan until golden brown and crisp to the touch.
02 - Halve avocado, remove pit, and scoop flesh into mixing bowl.
03 - Add lemon juice, sea salt, black pepper, and chili flakes. Mash with fork until mostly smooth with small chunks remaining.
04 - Fry or poach eggs in pan over medium heat until whites are set and yolks reach desired consistency.
05 - Spread mashed avocado evenly over toasted bread slices.
